Our Customer Experience team in Cologne is looking for a Junior Customer Experience Manager (m/f/d).

You will be responsible for managing all service processes within the company, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
This role is located in Cologne office, and the potential candidate is expected to be able to work from office at least 3 times per week.
