Your mission
  • As part of the 1NCE Account Management Team you play a major part in our Digital Sales Channel, building and maintaining relationships with mid-sized and smaller customers via phone and e-mail
  • You are the first point of contact for new Webshop buyers and inbound leads, qualifying them and developing strong and long-lasting customer relationships
  • You pro-actively manage and support existing customers, ensuring highest customer satisfaction, projectable order flow, and steady development
  • You interact with the international team to achieve regional and personal target
  • You always keep a customer obsessed mindset striving to keep 1NCE brand as the best-in-class IoT connectivity provider
  • You develop accurate forecast planning for your accounts and keep our Salesforce database up to date
  • You occasionally join our Sales Managers in regional or pan-European tradeshows, events, and customer on-site visits
Your skills
  • Excellent communication skills in French (first language) and English (fluently) are mandatory for this position
  • You have worked for at least 2-3 years in B2B sales or in a similar function, background in technical sales highly beneficial
  • A good understanding the telecommunication sector, especially IoT Solutions / Connectivity, and different IoT verticals
  • Experience in working with Salesforce is a plus
  • You have a structured and engaging way of working with external partners
  • You are an open-minded and committed team player
  • Hands-on mentality, positive attitude, and thirst for knowledge are some of your traits
  • Capable of working autonomously (remotely) with focus on set targets

Become an important part of 1NCE and work directly with our CSO and the entire Sales- and Marketing-Team. We are looking for real “doers” with a positive drive and energy who complement our team in the best possible way and who enjoys mastering challenges and growing together with us.
  • You acquire and develop international business customers in your defined area of responsibility in Italy
  • You work independently on new leads as well as existing accounts and successfully exploit the resulting opportunities for yourself and the team
  • You maintain relationships with your business partners through telephone / videocall and personal contact
  • You are responsible for the reporting and documentation of the results in our IT-tools
  • You help with the maintenance of Salesforce
  • You support our international field sales team managing demanding key accounts
  • You take part in events and customer meetings in coordination with the Head of Inside Sales, where you can also personally convince your business customers about us
Dein Profil
  • You have completed a commercial or technical education and at least 2 years of professional experience in sales or customer support, ideally of IT solutions or other products requiring explanation (B2B)
  • A confident handling of Salesforce or similar CRM tools would be helpful
  • You show an organized, structured, and independent way of working as well as the ability to push things forward
  • You are a creative solution finder, know how to appreciate, recognize, and realize innovative ideas
  • You are proficient in addressing customers individually and flexibly as well as in conducting goal-oriented discussions
  • You inspire (prospective) customers already during the evaluation and consulting phase
  • You are fluent in English and French.  Other languages are a plus
