Lead architecture design: Take ownership of architecture design across cloud, IoT, connectivity, and platform services to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with business goals.
Contribute to enterprise architecture governance: Actively contribute to enterprise architecture standards, principles, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and long-term sustainability.
Evaluate partners and vendors: Assess partner and vendor solutions, ensuring technical interoperability and alignment with architectural and operational requirements.
Support strategic initiatives: Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to support and shape strategic initiatives through sound architectural guidance.
Maintain architectural documentation: Create and maintain clear architectural documentation, roadmaps, and design artifacts to support transparency and long-term planning.
Architect core network components: Design, architect, and support 1CORE components such as HLR/HSS and SMS-C, ensuring reliability and performance.
Lead 5G Core evolution: Drive the design and continuous evolution of 5G Core elements, including UDM/UDR, AUSF, SMSF, NRF, and related components.
Educational background: Degree in Telecom Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
Core telecom expertise: Strong hands-on experience with HLR/HSS, SMS-C, and signaling protocols such as MAP, Diameter, and SMPP.
Core network architecture knowledge: Solid experience working with 2G, 3G, and 4G core network architectures.
Standards and subscriber management: Strong understanding of 3GPP standards, subscriber management, authentication mechanisms, and SMS flows.
Cloud and containerization skills: Experience with cloud architectures, preferably AWS, and container-based deployments.
Troubleshooting and optimization: Hands-on experience in troubleshooting telecom systems and performing performance tuning.
5G Core exposure (nice to have): Familiarity with 5G Core concepts and components such as SBA, UDM, AUSF, and NRF.
IoT network understanding (nice to have): Understanding of IoT architectures and low-power network behaviors.
Collaboration and mindset: Open-minded, analytical, and collaborative working style with a strong willingness to share knowledge.
Language proficiency: Fluent English skills (C1 level).
