Your mission

To be responsible for managing and coordinating all logistics activities within the 1NCE warehouse in Brazil. This includes ensuring the efficient handling of goods, maintaining accurate documentation, and overseeing import, export, and distribution processes in alignment with company standards. This role supports smooth daily operations and facilitates collaboration between local and international teams. Logistics Operations Management: Oversee and execute daily logistics functions, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze logistics KPIs to identify inefficiencies and implement improvement measures. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth and integrated supply chain operations. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal company policies. Budget & Cost Control: Manage logistics budgets, monitor expenditures, and drive cost-saving initiatives. Order Fulfillment & Shipping: Supervise the processing of sales orders and manage end-to-end product delivery operations. Customs Management: Handle all customs-related procedures to ensure compliant import and export activities, particularly for operations involving Brazil.

Your skills

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Logistics Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on operational experience in logistics within Brazil.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in a freight forwarding or shipping company is a strong advantage.
• Language Skills: Native or fluent proficiency in Portuguese required; minimum B2 level (upper-intermediate) in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Logistics & Supply Chain Expertise: Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles, practices, and technologies.
• Analytical Thinking: Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
• Technical Skills: Solid working knowledge of logistics software and general IT tools.
• Customs & Compliance: In-depth understanding of Brazilian customs regulations and procedures; capable of managing customs documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Financial Acumen: Able to interpret financial documents and ensure accurate processing of payments and invoices.
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organization & Multitasking: Highly organized, with strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Integrity & Professionalism: Demonstrates a high level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to ethical business practices.
• Adaptability: Flexible and responsive to changing business needs and priorities.
