Your team

As a Senior Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be a key contributor in scaling and professionalizing our global Accounts Receivable operations. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Lead, you’ll own core parts of the Order-to-Cash process, improve billing accuracy, and drive collection performance. Your work will directly impact working capital, financial reporting, and our overall IPO readiness.

Your mission

Accounts Receivable Oversight: Manage billing, cash application, and collections activities across global markets.
Invoicing Accuracy: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing in line with customer contracts and revenue recognition standards.
Collections Management: Monitor Accounts Receivable aging, drive collection efficiency, and lead escalations as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Operations, Customer Success, and FP&A teams to ensure billing accuracy and support cash forecasting.
Audit & IPO Readiness: Maintain strong documentation and internal controls to support external audits and IPO preparation.
Process Optimization: Lead process improvements and automation initiatives within NetSuite and related financial tools.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on Accounts Receivable KPIs, including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), overdue balances, and collection performance.

Your skills

Experience: 6+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, ideally within global and fast-paced environments.
Systems Proficiency: Strong command of NetSuite and Excel; confident handling complex datasets and performing reconciliations.
Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Order-to-Collection cycle and its impact on revenue recognition and cash flow.
Ownership & Structure: Proactive, organized, and experienced in managing end-to-end processes independently.
Communication & Collaboration: Clear communicator with a proven ability to work cross-functionally across departments.
Audit & IPO Exposure: Experience supporting external audits or IPO readiness is a strong advantage.
