Provide hands-on technical support: Deliver technical assistance across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments, ensuring quick and efficient resolution of software, hardware, and network-related issues.
Manage IT assets and office IoT devices: Oversee IT asset inventory, including servers, applications, laptops, and office room equipment. Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate tracking and maintenance of IT resources.
Handle third-party software licenses: Manage software license procurement and renewals for platforms such as Windows and Azure, ensuring compliance and operational continuity.
Perform office hardware maintenance: Carry out routine maintenance of office hardware such as lighting and fuses, and assist with other facility-related tasks when necessary.
Develop and maintain automation scripts: Create and manage shell scripts (sh, bash, or similar) to automate routine IT operations and increase efficiency.
Oversee and optimize IT infrastructure: Monitor and optimize network infrastructure, server hardware, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) to maintain optimal performance.
Maintain secure IT environments: Implement and uphold IT security best practices to ensure secure system operations.
Manage identity and access controls: Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, including SAML, OIDC, and LDAP integrations for servers and client applications.
Support HR with user lifecycle management: Work closely with HR to manage user onboarding, role changes, and terminations, ensuring secure and seamless transitions.
IT technical support experience: 2–4 years of experience providing end-user support in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
Strong English and Latvien communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a customer-focused approach to solving technical issues.
Cloud platform expertise: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, with preference for AWS, and valued experience with Azure and GCP, including setup, configuration, and resource management.
Hands-on experience with IT management tools: Proficient in using tools such as Okta, Microsoft Intune, MSSC, JAMF, FortiGate, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Active Directory.
Scripting skills: Practical experience with Linux Shell scripting or PowerShell for automating tasks and troubleshooting.
Security analysis and troubleshooting: Proven ability to analyze logs, review policy traces, and troubleshoot security-related issues effectively.
Incident management: Demonstrated experience handling high-severity incidents, including triaging and working with network teams and external vendors.
Technical troubleshooting support for developers: Ability to read and interpret source code to assist development teams in diagnosing issues.
