Join our Sales Team and take a proactive part in finding and gaining new customers in Germany!
This position supports flexible work mode - onsite in Cologne or Hamburg, hybrid or 100% remote based in Germany.
Your mission
You will be responsible for managing and developing accounts in Germany. This will include working with high level of independency with key accounts and grow new relationships; supporting opportunities brought in across the sales team; reviewing customer support agent activity and quality; and maintaining the highest level of professionalism throughout your interactions with key stakeholders in the IoT industry.
Due to the responsibility for working with internal colleagues across global regions, we are seeking a candidate with fluency in English & German. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit, true passion for technology and IoT connectivity, coupled with a proactive approach, self-starter mentality and a strong drive for results!
- Sales Strategy and Customer Growth: Define your own sales strategy to attract new customers and grow 1NCE's market share in your area of responsibility.
- Forecasting and Execution Plans: Develop accurate forecasting and clear execution plans.
- Relationship Building: Work with the wider sales, partner and alliance teams to build and maintain relationships with new and existing partners.
- Customer Focus: Remain customer focused at all times and strive to maintain the 1NCE brand as the best provider of IoT connectivity.
- International Collaboration: Work with the international team to achieve the regional targets.
- High Customer Satisfaction Level: Develop strong and lasting relationships with customers and partners based on trust and strive for the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Your interview process
There will be
three online meetings :
- First meeting with Recruiter to align on position details
- Second meeting with Line Manager to have more in-depth discussion
- Third meeting with our CSMO, as the final step of the process
