Join our Sales Team and be a proactive part in finding and gaining new customers in the Benelux region! 

This position is 100% remote based in Belgium or the Netherlands.
Your mission
  • Drive Industry Change: Be a key driver in a company that is on its way to changing the IoT industry.
  • Hunt: Define and execute your strategy to research, approach and win new customers to grow 1NCE market share in your assigned territory
  • Develop Accurate Forecasts: Create accurate forecasts and precise execution plans to guide successful outcomes.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop strong and long-lasting relationships with customers based on trust, aiming for the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate Internationally: Work with the international team to align efforts and achieve regional targets.
  • Customer-Obsessed Mindset: Maintain a customer-obsessed mindset, striving to uphold the 1NCE brand as the best-in-class IoT connectivity provider.
Your skills
  • Hunting experience: Track record of successfully building and closing new business opportunities in complex sales environments.
  • Consultative Sales Experience: Possess at least five years of relevant work experience in consultative sales and direct sales within the IoT market, with a robust network of contacts.
  • Telecommunication Sector Interest: Deeply interested in the telecommunication sector with successful experience in this dynamic industry.
  • IoT Solutions Understanding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of IoT solutions and an in-depth knowledge of different IoT verticals and relevant clients.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written Dutch (Flemish) and English is mandatory for this position. An additional language is of benefit.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Showcase a proven track record in sales, particularly in customer acquisition.
  • Passion for High-Growth: Have a passion for working with an experienced and motivated leadership team focused on creating a high-growth company in a short timeframe.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for presenting IoT solutions in a compelling, easy-to-understand manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partnership Development: Capable of developing relationships with industry partners and effectively educating them on 1NCE's offerings.
  • Strong Negotiator: Skills to handle objections, pricing discussions, and contract terms
  • Autonomous Work: Capable of working autonomously with a focus on set targets and a willingness to travel frequently.

  • First meeting with Recruiter to align on position details
  • Second meeting with Line Manager to have more in-depth discussion
  • Third meeting with our CSMOas the final step of the process
