Your mission
  • Be a Key Driver for Industry Change: As a pivotal member of the team, you're not just part of the company; you're a driving force behind its mission to revolutionize the industry. This involves bringing passion and innovation to your role every day
  • Develop Sales Strategy: You have the autonomy to create and implement your own sales strategies. This means identifying opportunities to attract new customers and expanding 1NCE's market share in your assigned region. It's about understanding the market, anticipating trends, and tailoring your approach to meet these dynamics
  • Forecast Planning and Execution: Your role involves meticulous planning and forecasting. You'll need to assess market conditions, predict sales trends, and develop strategies accordingly. The challenge is to not only devise these plans but also execute them effectively, ensuring tangible results.
  • Collaborate Internationally: You'll be interacting with international teams, playing a crucial role in achieving regional sales targets. This task emphasizes cross-cultural communication, teamwork, and a unified approach to reach common goals.
  • Maintain a Customer-Obsessed Mindset: Keeping the customer at the forefront is key. Your goal is to uphold the 1NCE brand as a top-tier IoT connectivity provider, ensuring that every strategy and interaction is customer-focused and aimed at enhancing their experience.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Working alongside the Sales, Partner, and Alliances Teams, your task is to foster and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing partners. This is not just about sales; it's about creating meaningful, long-lasting connections based on trust and mutual satisfaction.
  • Enhance Customer and Partner Relationships: Your role extends to developing deep, enduring relationships with customers and partners. This involves understanding their needs, providing exceptional service, and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. It's about creating a foundation of trust that leads to lasting partnerships.
Your skills
  • 5+ Years in Consultative or Direct Sales in IoT: You should have at least five years of experience in consultative or direct sales, preferably within the IoT market. A strong network of contacts in this field will be highly beneficial, showcasing your ability to navigate and succeed in this specific market
  • Interest and Experience in Telecommunications: A deep interest in the telecommunications sector is key, coupled with successful experience in this industry. This indicates you not only understand the market but are also passionate about it, which is crucial for success in this role
  • Understanding of IoT Solutions and Verticals: You need a comprehensive understanding of IoT solutions and a deep knowledge of various IoT verticals and relevant clients. This expertise will enable you to connect effectively with clients and understand their specific needs and challenges
  • Network: You have a very stron regional Network in Israel and the IoT business
  • Passion for High Growth Leadership: You should be excited to work with a motivated leadership team that aims to rapidly grow the company. This requires a passion for working in fast-paced environments and contributing significantly to the company's expansion
  • Proven Sales Track Record: A proven track record in sales, particularly in customer acquisition, is essential. This demonstrates your ability to not only sell but also to effectively grow a customer base, a critical component of this role
  • Developing Industry Relationships: You should be capable of building relationships with industry partners and educating them about 1NCE's offerings. This involves both relationship management skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Hebrew is mandatory for this position. Knowledge of an additional language is beneficial, reflecting the global nature of the industry and the diverse clientele you will be engaging with
  • Excellent Communication Skills and Teamwork: Outstanding communication skills are crucial, along with being open-minded and a committed team player. This indicates your ability to work well in a team, communicate effectively, and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment
  • Autonomy and Travel Readiness: Finally, you should be capable of working autonomously, focusing on set targets, and have a willingness to travel frequently. This shows your ability to manage responsibilities independently while being flexible enough to meet the demands of a role that may require significant travel.

  • Second meeting with Line Manager to have more in-depth discussion
  • Third meeting with Chief Sales and Marketing Officer  as the final step of the process
