As a Global eCommerce Experience Manager (all), you are a marketer who is passionate about leveraging data insights to enhance digital experiences on B2B websites. You are motivated by improving conversion rates and delivering exceptional user experiences. You also possess a strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and how they impact website performance.
Your mission
  • You develop and execute strategies to optimize the user experience and drive conversions on the company's website.
  • You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance the end-to-end customer journey and utilizing data insights to inform data-driven decisions
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Your goal will be to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction by continuously improving the end-to-end e-commerce experience.
  • You analyze website performance, provide regular reporting and insights and find ways to improve conversion rate.
  • You develop, implement, and analyze A/B test split and multivariate testing on the website
  • You map out customer journeys and collaborate with UX designer to develop seamless UX pages
  • You provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and insights to management about visitor and prospect behavior (to optimize lead conversion)
  • You drive the strategy and execution of all online lead nurturing programs to engage prospects and customers throughout their journeys
  • You analyze customer behaviour for site traffic, page performance, click navigation, purchase conversion and pattern to drive sales
  • You manage various internal and external digital sources to enhance user experience through UX strategy with a performance-oriented mindset
  • You own the marketing funnel roadmap and the key results associated with it
  • You take ownership of the marketing database strategy, including identifying gaps in data, communication compliance and data governance
  • You advise the internal team on personalisation campaigns and campaign performance tracking
  • You are the system Owner for marketing automation platform (Hubspot) and other Tools (Google Analytics, Semrush, CMS)

Your skills
  • You have 3+ years in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proficient with SEO and SEM
  • You have experience with A/B testing and optimization tools such as Google Optimize and Hubspot
  • You have a understanding of UX principles and best practices
  • You have good customer experience understanding, analytical skills, advanced knowledge of ecommerce and customer journeys (preferable within software industry)
  • You are results-driven and analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Driving revenue growth through effective lead nurturing and marketing automation strategies
  • You have a excellent in understanding different buying journeys in B2B and have a strong opinion on how to drive opportunities through inbound marketing
  • You have in-depth, hands-on experienced with a marketing automation tool (Hubspot is a plus) and CRM System
  • You are highly proactive and accountable for driving results
  • Strong in focusing on continuous improvement and solution-oriented with a pragmatic approach
  • You are an expert and have a deep understanding of inbound online marketing strategies, know best practices in content deliverables, GDPR regulation and communication compliance
  • You have strong communication skills and are fluent in German and English. Other languages are a plus
