Your team
Join us as a Vice President to lead and manage the company's sales efforts in Central & Eastern Europe and help us to disrupt the telecommunication industry!
Your mission
  • You develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives
  • You build and manage a high-performing sales team
  • You create and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth
  • You conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • You establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • You provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership
  • You develop and deliver sales training and coaching programs
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest knowledge and techniques
  • You collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales effort
Your skills
  • Minimum 5 years extensive experience in sales leadership and management
  • You are based in the region, and fluent in English (C1) + at least one other language spoken in the region (German, Polish etc.)
  • You have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • You have the ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends, as well as a relevant industry network
  • You demonstrated the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • You have strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication, strong contact and negotiation skills are also your strong points
  • You have a proactiveness and confident appearance in addition to a high Assertiveness
  • You already have experience in people management, cross-cultural and interpersonal skills
  • A independent, structured and self-reliant way of working is part of your skill set
