Account Manager - Nordic (all)

Your mission
  • As part of the 1NCE Account Management Team you play a major part in our Digital Sales Channel, building and maintaining relationships with mid-sized and smaller customers via phone and e-mail
  • You are the first point of contact for new Webshop buyers and inbound leads, qualifying them and developing strong and long-lasting customer relationships
  • You pro-actively manage and support existing customers, ensuring highest customer satisfaction, projectable order flow, and steady development
  • You interact with the international team to achieve regional and personal target
  • You always keep a customer obsessed mindset striving to keep 1NCE brand as the best-in-class IoT connectivity provider
  • You develop accurate forecast planning for your accounts and keep our Salesforce database up to date
  • You occasionally join our Sales Managers in regional or pan-European tradeshows, events, and customer on-site visits
Your skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (fluently) and a additional language (Norwegian,Swedish, Danish or Finnish) are mandatory for this position
  • You have worked for at least 2-3 years in B2B sales or in a similar function, background in technical sales highly beneficial
  • You already have experience in pro-active lead sourcing via LinkedIn or similar channels
  • A good understanding the telecommunication sector, especially IoT Solutions / Connectivity, and different IoT verticals
  • Experience in working with Salesforce is a plus
  • You have a structured and engaging way of working with external partners
  • You are an open-minded and committed team player
  • Hands-on mentality, positive attitude, and thirst for knowledge are some of your traits
  • Capable of working autonomously (remotely) with focus on set targets
